The manufacturing process is meticulously monitored at every stage to ensure the highest quality products. Each product undergoes thorough inspection before final delivery, guaranteeing genuine value for our customers. |
The raw material comprises polyethylene resin pellets, which act as the foundation for producing blue tarpaulins. These pellets are melted down and shaped into a thin film, forming the initial stage of the production process.
The film is slit into smaller sections and stretched using heat plates and rollers. This stretching process produces thin, strong fibers. The finished fibers are then rolled up individually by a machine.
Yarn is wound and loaded into the machine to manufacture fabric. The factory is equipped with numerous water jet loom weaving machines, which produce a diverse array of fabrics in succession. In this manner, the fabric is finalized, with a finished width of approximately 2.1 meters.
A blue coating is applied to the white fabric created earlier, resulting in the completion of a large blue tarpaulin.
After cutting to the specified dimensions, reinforcing the edges, and affixing eyelets, the material is neatly folded and sealed using machinery.
By employing innovative techniques in yarn production, weaving, and coating, we create multifunctional tarpaulins, including fire-resistant sheets, heat-reflective sheets, and UV-protective sheets. We meticulously adjust the raw materials, heat plate temperatures, and roller speeds to produce a diverse range of flat yarns. With K-TARP VINA's extensive expertise and know-how, we provide custom tarpaulins tailored to meet our customers' specific needs.
