Payment Policy:

We provide two flexible payment options for your convenience: T/T and L/C.

Complaint Handling Policy:

- We are committed to addressing all customer complaints related to our services promptly and effectively.

- For warranty-related issues, please reach out to us directly to initiate the warranty process.

- We aim to resolve complaints within a maximum of 03 (three) working days from receipt. In cases of force majeure, both parties will engage in discussions to reach a suitable resolution.

Shipping and Delivery Policy:

Upon receiving your order, we will process it within 24 hours and provide updates regarding payment and delivery. Typically, you can expect delivery within 3-5 days from order confirmation or as mutually agreed upon at the time of ordering. However, delays may occur in exceptional circumstances, including:

- Difficulty reaching the customer via phone, hindering delivery.

- An incorrect or hard-to-find delivery address provided by the customer.

- A sudden increase in order volume, causing processing delays.

- Delays from suppliers or logistical partners affecting the delivery timeline.

For shipping costs, we will assess the weight and quantity of products in your order to determine whether to use external shipping services or our in-house delivery. If external shipping is utilized, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the rates of the chosen carrier, considering the destination and order weight. We will communicate the specific shipping cost to you during the order confirmation process.

Applicable Incoterms:

The following Incoterms apply to our transactions: EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF.
